The REC Compliance Tests our knowledge and understanding of key areas of Recruitment including Contracts, Work Seekers Files, Clients Files, Advertising, Data Protection, Key Policies/Procedures, Health and Safety, Code of Professional Practice, Professional and Well Informed Staff and Agency Workers Regulations.
