August Bank Holiday Weekend
We are sad to say that this is the last bank holiday weekend before… dare we say it… CHRISTMAS!
Why not make the most of the last summer bank holiday weekend and enjoy it by doing what you love the most. This weekend you could simply sit back and relax at home, or perhaps you could take a trip to the beach or enjoy a local music or food festival, maybe you even have a short camping trip or city break planned for the weekend?
But what’s next, you might ask?
Do not despair once the long weekend is over we still have some fun occasions to look forward to.
31st October Halloween
Dress up and get your fright on this Halloween and don’t forget to eat lots of sweets! Did you know that there are fields in Kent where you can pick your own pumpkin? Picking and carving a pumpkin is all part of the fun at Halloween.
5th November Guy Fawkes Night
Get your gloves, scarves and hats on to wrap up warm and head out to see some local firework displays. If your not a fan of the cold weather maybe it’s better to wrap your hands around a hot drink and watch the displays from your window.
25th December Christmas Day
Like it or loathe it Christmas is actually our next bank holiday. The build up to Christmas starts weeks before with Christmas Markets, Christmas Shopping and lots of yummy food and drink.
Whatever your plans, we hope that you enjoy your long weekend and saviour it as it is the last one of the Summer, let us know your plans by commenting on this blog.
