Keep an eye out for job adverts

Companies that are hiring will often advertise their vacancies on job sites, in newspapers and at the entrance of their building.

Make an appearance

You can go direct to employers and ask if they are hiring. If you know they are hiring and would like to apply for the vacancy, there is no harm in handing in your CV face-to-face. Going directly to the employer will give you the opportunity to present yourself and ask any questions you may have.
