Accounts Manager (12 month maternity contract)

Job Description

Our client based in Chart Sutton are are looking to recruit an Accounts Manager for a 12 month maternity contract.

Duties:

  • Liaising with Fox Energy for the electricity accounts
  • Creating Management charges invoices at the beginning of each financial year, setting up standing orders with the bank. Making sure management fee invoices are paid on time
  • Creating Secretary Fee invoices
  • Creating Post and printing invoices at the end of each quarter
  • Finalising year end accounts for each estate
  • Checking expenditure analysis
  • Creating income received spreadsheet
  • Creating bank reconciliation

For new financial year:

  • Inputting budget into Focus
  • Copying property to New Year
  • Calculating Service Charges
  • Printing service charge demands
  • The same procedure for water invoices, ground rent invoices
  • Creating new tenants on Focus / archiving previous tenants
  • Bank Reconciliations
