Job Description
Our client based in Chart Sutton are are looking to recruit an Accounts Manager for a 12 month maternity contract.
Duties:
- Liaising with Fox Energy for the electricity accounts
- Creating Management charges invoices at the beginning of each financial year, setting up standing orders with the bank. Making sure management fee invoices are paid on time
- Creating Secretary Fee invoices
- Creating Post and printing invoices at the end of each quarter
- Finalising year end accounts for each estate
- Checking expenditure analysis
- Creating income received spreadsheet
- Creating bank reconciliation
For new financial year:
- Inputting budget into Focus
- Copying property to New Year
- Calculating Service Charges
- Printing service charge demands
- The same procedure for water invoices, ground rent invoices
- Creating new tenants on Focus / archiving previous tenants
- Bank Reconciliations
- Free Parking
- 20 days holiday pro-rata
