Have you recently left school or college with good A Level results or graduated from university and are looking for an entry level office based role, if so we could have just the position for you. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Temp to Perm Administrator to join a company based in Maidstone.
The successful applicant will receive full training and the role includes a variety of tasks covering everything from answering the phones to processing card payments and raising invoices. This role will be paying the minimum wage dependent upon the successful candidate’s age.
• Excellent telephone manner
• Highly organised
• An interest in websites and online activity
• Good knowledge of Excel & Word
• Touch typing would be ideal but not essential
The hours of work will be 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch and also two 15 minute breaks; 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
