Job Description

Our client based in Cranbrook are looking for a Health Records Administrator to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract.  You will need to be a methodical and organised Administrator to support the administration of their health records.

As a Health Records Administrator you’ll pay attention to detail as you undertake administrative responsibilities and link with other working areas to ensure the efficient running of the department.

Candidates will need to have a patient-focused approach who can demonstrate tact and diplomacy as part of their excellent customer services skills as you will play a vital role in taking responsibility for preparing patient records from referral through to procedure and discharge therefore accuracy and prompt filing of health records will be of paramount.

The ideal candidate will be able to evidence the following skills and experience: –

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent experience
  • Relevant experience in administration
  • Competent IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload and undertake multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Effective verbal communication using tact and diplomacy
  • Excellent written skills
  • Organised and methodical in approach and pays attention to detail
  • Flexible, adaptable and open to change
  • Good team player

Due to our client’s rural location, your own transport is essential.

Salary: £18,525.00 pro-rata
