Job Description

Our client based on the outskirts of Maidstone are looking to recruit a Legal Administrator to join their busy Estate Team.

The successful candidate will be dealing with the preparation and completion of Pre-Sale enquiries for the information that is required by Conveyancing Solicitors on behalf of the owners of both their Freehold and Leasehold properties under their Management Portfolio.

This position is open for candidates to apply on either a part time basis of 3 Days a week specific to this role or if full time, the applicant will also be employed as an Estate Assistant within the Estate Management Team.

It would be an advantage if applicants for this role have had experience in conveyancing work, but if not full In-House training will be given.

Working hours are from 9am to 5.30pm, the salary being negotiable and commensurate with the Full or Part Time status.

Full time salary: £20,000 – Part time salary £20,000 pro-rata

Due to our client’s location candidates will be required to have their own transport.
