Job Description

Our client, a successful international plastic moulding manufacturer based in Marden, is looking to recruit Machine Operators/ Minders/Packers to commence work in their rapidly expanding advanced new award-winning medical moulding facility.

The client is looking for successful applicants to commence training asap on a temporary to permanent basis.

No previous experience is required. Full training will be given. The duties will include:

· Operating injection moulding machines for the medical devices industry within a dedicated air flow controlled clean room (to minimise the risk of contamination)

· Following detailed work instructions

· Visually inspect component quality and test in line with work instructions

· Being able to document/record regular test results and measurements

The hours of work will be a rotating shift pattern Monday to Friday:

Week 1. 06:45 to 14:45

Week 2. 23:45 to 06:45

Week 3. 14:45 to 22:45

Applicants will be required to work the rotating shift pattern.

The hourly pay rate will be £10.50 increasing to £11.00 after a probation period.

The client site is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Marden station and there is plenty of on-site parking.
