Our client based in West Malling is looking to recruit a Customer Support (Software) person to join their team for a 6 month contract. The purpose of the role will be to help the Company maximise revenue from its SAAS product and the successful candidate will be working with their Online Team alongside developers, sales & marketing and billing.
- Responding to email and telephone requests from customers for help configuring the Company’s web-based system, demonstrating features and user support.
- Following up to ensure customers are happy.
- Communication skills and common-sense are most important.
- Friendly and professional telephone manner and writing skills.
- No specific software experience is necessary but must be computer/web literate.
Terms: 6 month contract
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
£10 per hour
