Our client an established and successful self-storage business based in Maidstone are looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Advisor to join their team. Reporting to the Store Business Manager, the successful applicant will have a sales background, excellent customer service skills and a good level of literacy and numeracy. The salary is £16500 basic, OTE £23k to £26k.
Key Skills & Competence:
- Sales, following up enquiries over the phone and face to face providing storage solutions that match the customer’s specific needs along with selling merchandise & Insurance.
- Building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds the customers’ expectations.
- Have pride in the store and personal standards, delivering a great first impression every time setting the Company apart from their competitors.
- Sales driven, able to maximise the sales and profitability of the store and who deliver’s exceptional customer service.
- Provides support to their store manager and able to motivate others.
- Highly motivated with a customer facing retail background.
- Experience in consultative sales with a track record in achieving sales targets.
- Good communicator both face to face and over the phone with an approachable personality who enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life and social backgrounds.
