Job Description

Our client based on the outskirts of Maidstone offers Legal Business Services and they are looking to recruit a Services Administrator (Groups)

This role is a varied role supporting different groups. Working with both the HR and Employment Law team, it also provides support for the Senior Team and wider business. Managing priorities and varied types of work and people is going to be key to the success of the role. Client focus, juggling remote team members and ensuring client delivery will be essential. A creative approach to elements such as marketing and websites must be balanced with an ability to liaise with clients in a professional way.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities Knowledge, Skills, Experience

  • Liaison around proposal drafting, approval and despatch to clients in a timely manner
  • Provision of support for Training courses, including presentations, handouts etc.
  • Effective use of Tikit for filing documentation, retainers, time recording and billing (including
  • use of expenses module)
  • Management of templates across the business groups
  • Provision of confidential, accurate and efficient support
  • Managing content and updating the Intranet
  • Proactive Diary management, including liaison with clients to establish availability for meetings (internal and external)
  • Management of all incoming/outgoing mail
  • Become involved in booking training courses/conference places etc. for all staff
  • Consistent updating of contact information management and distribution
  • Ad hoc tasks and projects as required by Head of Group Services and organisation generally

Desirable skills:

  • Specific experience and success in an administrative role
  • Previous experience of working with legal documentation
  • Evidence of working effectively within a high pressure, deadline oriented environment
  • Proven success within a multi-service, client driven business
  • Developed experience in a client management, client focus environment
  • A creative approach and strength with presentation materials
  • Demonstrated willingness to support other areas and determine company priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work to key deadlines whilst under pressure
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A team player at all times
  • Knowledge of, or an interest in employment and people management
